Jon E. Morrison, PE, Principal / Structural Engineer. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Morrison’s expertise is in the development of innovative structural systems for architecturally significant educational and institutional projects.  He received his undergraduate and Masters degrees in engineering from Texas A&M University and Master of Arts in Mathematics from Villanova University.  He is an Assistant Adjunct Professor in the Architecture Department of Drexel University and has lectured at the University of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Morrison has served as the Principal Structural Engineer for many institutional projects.  These include academic, athletic and residential buildings for the University of Pennsylvania, Swarthmore, Bryn Mawr, Williams, Haverford, Trinity and Middlebury Colleges, as well as Yale and Princeton Universities. Other notable projects include: the Liberty Bell Center; the Monticello Visitor Center; the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts; the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology’s Collections Storage Addition and the adaptive re-use of the Wharf at Rivertown, a former PECO Energy Generating Plant constructed in 1916.
